Production and Shipping Information
The time it takes for your order to be made and delivered depends on the product you’re buying. If you order multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages at different times.
We partner with several well-known and reliable courier companies, and most of our shipping services include tracking so you can monitor your order’s journey. Below, you’ll find a table showing our production times (how long it takes to hand-make your products) and shipping times (depending on the service you choose). Add these two estimates together to get the total time from placing your order to receiving it at your door.
We aim to work within the minimum timeframes shown, but please allow for the maximum time to avoid any disappointment.

Photo Upload products
Our Photo Upload products are designed-to-order and as such we need to allow time for our talented designers to transform your beloved pet photos in one-of-a-kind works of art. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 days for our designers to work their magic and create your artwork for approval. Once you have approved your artwork, then the standard production and delivery times will begin.

Shipping Services and Costs
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options, with Express being the fastest. Shipping costs depend on the items in your basket. Since our products are made at multiple print houses, we combine shipping costs to keep charges as low as possible for you.
We also cap our shipping costs at a maximum of £9.95 for Standard and £14.95 for Express, no matter how many items you order. To get an accurate estimate for your specific order, just add your desired items to your basket, and your shipping options and costs will be displayed.

Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. Once you've placed an order, it might not always be possible to cancel it since many orders quickly move into production. Because our products are custom-made and personalised just for you, we generally can't offer refunds for orders already in production.
However, if we haven't started printing your order yet, we can usually stop the process and give you a full refund. If you think you need to cancel, please get in touch with our customer support team here as soon as possible.
Important Information
We follow the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations on June 13, 2014. These regulations outline your rights regarding order cancellations. Our personalised products are made-to- order, so they usually can't be returned once received, unless they're defective.
These regulations don't allow cancellations for tailor-made or personalised items. All Wunderstar products are printed on demand, making them uniquely yours. That said, you're welcome to cancel your order anytime before we've started production or shipped your items. If you need to cancel, just email us at help@wunderstar.com.
