Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Don't worry if you're not at home when the delivery arrives.
Our delivery driver will drop off your order without needing a signature, provided they find a safe and secure spot to leave your parcel. They'll also pop a card through your door to let you know exactly where they've placed it.
If there isn't a spot that the driver feels is secure enough, they won't risk it. Instead, they'll take the package back and leave you a card with details on how you can pick it up from your local post office or arrange for another delivery attempt. Its our priority to make sure your wonderful goodies stay safe!

What is not all my order is delivered?
If you've ordered multiple items from us, they might be shipped separately, so please allow up to five working days for your entire order to arrive.
When your order is on its way via courier, they'll reach out to let you know when to expect your parcel, providing an estimated delivery date and time slot. Plus, they'll offer alternative delivery options in case you're not home when they arrive.
If you haven't received your order after five working days, please contact our customer service team and we'll ensure we rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
Where are your printing partners based?
Our print partners are all based in the UK to ensure both quality and to reduce the impact on the environment from unnecessary travel and air miles.

Where can you ship to?
Currently, our website facilitates shipping exclusively within the UK. However, we are equipped to deliver globally! If you're interested in international shipping and would like to enquire about the shipping costs to your location, please reach out to our customer service team at help@wunderstar.com.
A little extra note - we hope to have our US site launched by Autumn (Fall) 2024....watch this space!
What if I need to change the shipping address?
We can change your shipping address if your order hasn't dispatched yet, please contact our team at help@wunderstar.com and we will do everything possible to update your order. However please note that if the order has already been dispatched we are unable to re-route the delivery.
If the address you provide us turns out to be incorrect, you'll be responsible for it. Typically, if there's a delivery hiccup, the delivery service will send the package back to us. Once we receive it, we'll reach out to you to confirm the correct address before we send it out again. Please note, though, we'll need to charge you for the second delivery cost.
It's important to mention that we can't always guarantee that undelivered packages will make their way back to us. If for some reason the package doesn't return, you'll need to place a new order for the product to be sent to the correct recipient. We will however look at each case individually and where applicable we will try and offer a discount to offset the recharge.

What are the available shipping or courier options?
We provide two shipping options: Standard and Express. The delivery times for each option are clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process. It's important to note that products may be shipped from various locations and could arrive in separate deliveries.
Standard Shipping: This option offers longer delivery times and usually utilises an untracked service.
Express Shipping: This faster, premium service is generally handled by a courier and includes tracking capabilities.
Can I track my delivery?
The availability of tracking depends on the shipping method you choose. Our standard shipping typically does not include tracking, while our express shipping option is quicker, handled by a courier, and comes equipped with tracking capabilities.
When your product is dispatched, we will send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
For ongoing updates, you can also log into our online dashboard to monitor the progress of your order.
What are your dispatch times?
Production and delivery times vary between different product types, most products will ship within 48 hours but please allow for up to 4 working days.
Once your products are ready the shipping time is dependant on the delivery service you have selected.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Delivery costs vary depending on the product but are capped at a maximum cost of £9.95 for standard shipping and £14.95 for express shipping no matter how many products you order.

Why are your shipping prices for cards more than the price of a stamp?
Our shipping fee includes more than just postage - it covers everything from picking and packing to handling and packaging your order.
Do you ship to P.O. addresses?
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses in most situations. However, please note that courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and DPD do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, larger items like framed prints and canvases may be too big for P.O. Box delivery.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
We strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. You can track the progress of your order by logging into your account [Add a button to log into account].
Each product page includes a "production time" estimate, which reflects the time our print team needs to prepare and dispatch your order.
Please note that our products may come from various print labs, each with different production times. Generally, all our products are printed and shipped within 1 to 4 working days*, although we typically aim to dispatch your products within 2 working days* (Mon-Fri).
*Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. For example, if an order is placed on Friday night, the processing timeframe will begin on Monday morning.

What happens if a product is damaged in transit?
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition and so we very much hope this won't happen. However in the case there is an issue we simply contact our customer support team with a photo of the damaged goods, and we'll gladly send you a free replacement.
