Packaging

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition while also ensuring we adhere to our own environmental policies ensuring we use compostable materials where ever possible.

Please find shown below the type of packaging we use for each of our products...

Unframed Fine Art Prints:

Prints larger than 15x20cm are carefully hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra-thick cardboard tubes with compostable tube ends. Smaller prints are securely packaged in envelopes.

Poster hanger:

Each one is carefully hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra- thick cardboard tubes with compostable tube ends.

Framed and Canvas Prints:

Each print is encased in a protective sleeve, with plastic or cardboard corner guards added for additional protection. We also place extra cardboard over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or damage during transit. Each print is then dispatched in a rigid, corrugated cardboard box made from recycled materials.

Journals and notebooks:

Flat cardboard box - rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials.

Mugs:

Rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials.

Greetings cards:

Biodegradable OPP bag.

Apparel, Blankets, Cushions, Aprons:

Tough, tear-resistant mailing bags.

Our packaging methods have been meticulously refined making breakages or damage extremely rare. However, if any issues do arise, we will promptly arrange for your item to be collected and replaced, shipping it back to you via priority service without any fuss or charge to you.
