Can I view my previous orders?
Yes! You can view all your previous orders if you have created a Wunderstar account. Your previous orders can be viewed on your account page.
Please ensure that you are viewing the right account used for all your orders and have not got duplicated accounted under different email addresses. If you have multiple accounts please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to merge them for you so everything is one place!
How do I create an account?
There's lots of advantages to having a Wunderstar account, to create yours simply click here and enter in your email address and password.
Once you have an account you can create and save your "Stars".
Once you've created your "Stars," you can incorporate them into our fabulous range of design templates. Whether you're crafting a special artwork featuring you and your friend, pet, parent, or colleague, or you're looking to create a unique gift for your dog, Wunderstar makes it easy and fun to personalise your ideas into beautifully crafted items.

From your account page you can also view previous orders and edit your details.
Why can’t I sign into my account?
If you're having trouble logging into your account you can do the following:
- First, ensure that your email address and password are entered correctly.
- If you still can't log in or have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘forgot your password' link in the login box. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password, which will remain valid for 30 minutes.
- If issues persist, please reach out to us and we'll help you get logged in!
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
If you wish to unsubscribe from our emails, please follow these simple steps:
Scroll to the bottom of any email you've received from us.
Click on the "Unsubscribe" link.
Follow the instructions on the webpage to confirm your decision.

Why I am still getting emails after I unsubscribed?
Once you request to unsubscribe, please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your request.

How do I delete my account?
We're sorry to hear that you're considering closing your Wunderstar account. Please remember that this will prevent you from using the Stars you've created and creating Wunderful printed gifts!
If you do wish to proceed, simply contact us with a request to close your account, and we'll take care of it for you. We can complete your request within 2 working days.
