What rights do I have to cancel my order?

Once you've placed an order with us, it might not always be possible to cancel it as many of our orders quickly move into production. Since each of our products is custom-made and personalised just for you, we generally can't offer refunds for orders that have already started the production process.

However, if we haven't yet started printing your order we're usually able to stop things before they go any further and provide you with a full refund. If you think you might need to cancel, please get in touch with our customer support team at help@wunderstar.com as quickly as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.

Here's a bit more detail on the legal side: Wunderstar strictly follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which have been in effect in the UK since June 13, 2014. These regulations replace the previous Distance Selling Regulations and spell out the rights consumers have regarding order cancellations. While there are some exceptions to these rules, our products - being made-to- order and customised to your specifications - generally fall into the category of items that can't be returned once they've been received, unless they're defective.

Specifically, the Consumer Contracts Regulations don't allow cancellations for tailor-made or personalised items. All Wunderstar products are printed on demand, making them uniquely yours. That said, you're still free to cancel your order any time before we've started production or shipped your items out. If you need to cancel, just let us know in writing by contacting us here.

What happens if I mistakenly use the wrong delivery address?

If the address you provide us turns out to be incorrect, you'll be responsible for it. Typically, if there's a delivery hiccup, the delivery service will send the package back to us. Once we receive it, we'll reach out to you to confirm the correct address before we send it out again. Please note, though, we'll need to charge you for the delivery cost.

Also, it's important to mention that we can't always guarantee that undelivered packages will make their way back to us. If for some reason the package doesn't return, you'll need to place a new order for the product to be sent to the correct recipient. We will however look at each case individually and try and offer a discount to offset the recharge.
