What if the colours on my printed products come out different?
What if the colours on my printed products are different?
Please note that colour's may vary. Since every computer and mobile display is different, they each show colour's differently, and each person may see these colour's uniquely.
We do our best to ensure colours are as true to life as possible, but the actual colour may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
On this basis we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen is a perfectly accurate representation of the actual product colour.
What are the size of the mounts for mounted and framed prints?
The size of the mount on our mounted and framed prints varies based on the frame dimensions.
- Frames measuring 10x10 inches or smaller come with a 1-inch mount.
- Frames measuring up to 11x14 inches include a 1.5-inch mount.
- Frames sized 12x16 inches or larger have a 2-inch mount.

What paper do you use in your printed wall art?
Our fine art posters, poster hangers, and framed prints are all crafted using our 200gsm fine art paper, which features a smooth, clean finish. This museum-quality paper provides a matte finish and ensures exceptionally deep and precise colour tones, enhancing the beauty of your personalised artwork.
Does the size listed for frames refer to the overall size?
No, the size listed for each frame refers to the size of the glaze and does not include the width of the frame.
For example, A4 prints without a mount will fit an A4 glaze exactly, but prints with a mount will be smaller than A4 to fit the mount window opening.
What printing method do you use?
All our prints use Giclée printing, the word "Giclée" is French for "sprayed ink."
Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions - basically the best you can get!
NOTE: All of our products use Giclée printing except for apparel which are produced using eco- solvent inks.
How long do your printed artworks last?
The longevity of printed artwork can vary significantly based on the environment where it is displayed. To preserve the colour and detail, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, which can cause fading.
Considerable research has been invested into the materials and methods used in our Giclée printing process. According to current scientific lab reports, our papers and Giclée prints are projected to last between 100-200 years under optimal conditions.
In simpler terms, they are designed to endure for generations (but where possible please do try and keep your prized portraits out of direct sunlight)!
Are your printed artworks Eco-Friendly?
Our printed artworks are created with eco-friendly practices, utilising water-based inks and paper sourced from sustainably managed forests.

How are your canvas prints made?
Our exquisite canvas prints are produced using a 12-color Giclée printing process on specialised canvas material. Each printed canvas is meticulously hand-stretched over a custom-made wooden frame by our skilled framers. The canvas is precisely folded over the frame edges and secured with staples. To achieve a clean and polished appearance, we then cover all staples with tape.
The wooden frames themselves are constructed from four individual pieces known as canvas stretcher bars, crafted from the finest European kiln-dried knotless pine. Our frames utilise finger- jointed techniques to maintain corner tension and prevent warping. For larger canvas sizes, we incorporate wooden 'wedges' at each corner to ensure the canvas remains tight and to facilitate easy re-stretching in the future.
What is ‘museum wrapping’?
'Museum wrapping' is a technique used to stretch a canvas such that the main image stays on the front of the stretcher frame while a solid colour extends around the sides. This approach ensures that the entire image is displayed on the front, without any cropping or distortion.
For all our stretched canvases, we opt for a white border along the edges. We find this choice not only maintains the integrity of the artwork but also adds a sleek, sophisticated look that complements any setting.
What materials are your canvas frames made from?
For our canvas production, we utilise frames made from European knotless pine, which are known for their durability and resistance to warping. This quality makes them superior to many of the alternative canvas frames available online.
Each canvas stretcher frame is crafted with a curved profile and rounded edges. This design minimises the frame's contact with the canvas's front surface, which helps prevent impression marks and surface cracking that can detract from the artwork's appearance.
Our canvas frames are constructed using full finger-jointing techniques. This involves assembling longer frames from multiple wood pieces that are pressure-jointed together, enhancing the frame's stability and preventing warping. This meticulous construction ensures that our canvas frames remain exceptionally straight, even in larger dimensions.
What is the thickness of your canvas frames?
All our standard canvases use a 38mm canvas stretched bar.
What are the eco-credentials of your canvas artworks?
All our canvas products are printed using water-based inks and are vegan friendly with no animal products used. All the wood used is from sustainable forests.

How are your apparel products printed?
Our t-shirts and apparel items are crafted using the Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing technique. This is where designs are applied directly onto the fabric using a specialised inkjet printer - similar to the kind you might use at home, but specifically engineered for textiles.
This method guarantees that each design is rendered in high quality, with sharp detail and vibrant, robust colours.
What sizes can you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes for men, women and kids, these can be seen on the product page.
What fabrics do you offer for your apparel products?
We commit to offering only premium products because your designs deserve the finest quality, and that's exactly what we provide.
All our apparel products are made from 100% cotton* for ultimate comfort and quality.
Our men's and women's t-shirts are crafted from heavy cotton and feature double-needle stitching on the sleeves and bottom hems to enhance durability and longevity.
For children, our t-shirts are made from super soft, lightweight ring-spun cotton. This material not only feels great but also boasts a high stitch density, making it ideal for Direct-To-Garment printing.
Exceptions include:
- Only our Dark Heather and Military Green t-shirts for men and women, are not 100% cotton and are composed of 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
- Only the Sports Grey t-shirts for kids are not 100% cotton, these are composed from 90% ring-spun cotton and 10% polyester.
Are your apparel products Eco-friendly?
All our apparel products are printed using water-based inks and are vegan friendly with no animal products used.
